WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE FASTWRAP MODELS?

PeSS SO: These are the most affordable but very durable and long lasting, these have a fixed wrist section that is not adjustable.  Stock item, ready to ship

PESS Fastwraps : these are effectively the same general design as above, however the PESS have an adjustable pull string which secures the wrist. Stock item, ready to ship

PESS-B (bespoke) Fastwraps are bespoke to your order, offering exclusive colours, sizes and padding thickness options. Therefore these are 'made to order' with a 4 week manufacture process from your order date, due to a waiting list. These are a carefully crafted product made in-house in England. These offer superior materials and craftsmanship to the other models.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY HAND?

Using a ruler or tape measure, open your hand keeping you fingers together measure along the knuckle line on the palm side from edge to edge (A to B)

 

I ORDERED SOME PESS-B FASTWRAPS, WHEN WILL THEY ARRIVE?

The item you ordered was the Bespoke model PESS Fastwraps , these Fastwraps are bespoke  'made to order' with a 4 week manufacture process from your order date. These are a carefully crafted product made in-house here in England.  This is stated  on the order /product page. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive a Dispatched email. 

I RECEIVED A DISPATCH EMAIL BUT MY ITEM STILL HASN'T ARRIVED?

*firstly request a tracking code if you have not received one.

OUTSIDE UK - Unfortunately international shipping delays can  occur, and is often out of our hands. As your item has now been dispatched we are unable to refund the order until 60 days has passed.  After 60 days the item can be declared lost and can be refunded- although chances are you will also eventually receive your items.

Uk - if your item has been dispatched we are unable to refund the order until 30 days has passed.  After 30 days the item can be declared lost and can be refunded- although chances are you will also eventually receive your items.

MY TRACKING LINK HAS NOT SHOWED ANY PROGRESSION IN SEVERAL DAYS?

IVE RECEIVED MY FASTWRAPS AND THEY DON'T FIT, WHAT CAN U DO ?

If you feel your Fastwraps are too tight, before returning check out this video demonstration about how to make your Fastwraps a little larger.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE? (EXCHANGE/REFUND)

ONLY AVAILABLE FOR UK RESIDENTS (none UK Exchanges and refunds are not applicable for none UK purchases).   Inside your mailing bag will be a return slip, please fill out the information carefully, ensuring all the information is correct and filled. To refund or exchange an item for a different size or colour, make sure the item/items are unused , unwashed and have no new scent. It is imperative any item is received in the exact same manor it was sent with any labels still intact, failure to do so will result in your item being sent back to you without exchange or refund. The return must also take place within 15 days from the date you initially received the order. Returns after this date will be rejected.

For a free return you may use the same shipping label that was on the original mailing bag. Simply place your items back in the mailing bag , securing any holes with tape  Circle the return address and put an 'X' through the original shipping address.
